Job summary

Safelite's Fulfillment Center is hiring a FC Associate II to prepare glass for distribution and ensure timely delivery to service teams. You will operate MHE, use RF scanners, and uphold safety standards to support customer satisfaction.

This role offers a starting pay of $21.50/hr, a Mon-Thurs 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM schedule, and benefits including a 401(k) with company matching, medical coverage, PTO, holidays and up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience operating MHE such as forklift or order picker.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and long shifts.
• Punctual and reliable with strong attendance.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE such as forklift or order picker to reach heights up to 40 feet.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks like pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Maintain PPE compliance and a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers.
• Support other duties as assigned.
