Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Savannah, GA is seeking a Night Manager to support contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors. The role requires reviewing client contracts and ensuring work meets expectations.

The Night Manager will coordinate with the Facility Services Manager, assign IC work, monitor performance, handle inspections and customer concerns, and uphold City Wide policies to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Management experience
• Communication skills
• CRM experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (education requirement)
• 3 years of prior management experience
• Ability to coach and lead a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on problems
• Review scope of work and ensure quality per account to retain and gain business
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager for issues and nightly recap via email or phone
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, ensure client standards and company guidelines
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP attention
• Execute City Wide’s policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with client policies, approved tools and proper use
• Other duties as necessary
