City Wide Facility Solutions – Colorado seeks a PM Account Compliance Supervisor to oversee quality control of operations and enhance client satisfaction. The Night Supervisor will work independently or with others across various facilities, applying sound judgment to address client concerns promptly.

The role emphasizes managing ICs and in-house staff, maintaining compliance with client policies, and driving continuous process improvements while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior management experience, leading a team across multi-unit locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in building maintenance or janitorial industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and In-House staff by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and grow business.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily and provide nightly recap via email or phone.
