Aprilaire is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Assistant for the 3rd shift in Poynette, WI to support daily facility operations, office services, and safety protocols.

In this role you will coordinate supplies, maintain common areas, assist with events, and ensure sanitation and safe working conditions. The position requires the ability to work independently, handle cleaning solutions, lift up to 30 lbs, and occasionally climb a ladder.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with cleaning protocols and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly; up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
• Maintain kitchen and breakroom areas (dishwashing, sinks, faucets, grout cleaning).
• Support general groundskeeping and assist with office moves and workspace setups.
• Assist meeting and event setup and breakdown (tables, food, trash).
• Follow and apply special sanitation and cleaning protocols.
