Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Outlook email for communications between buildings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand on a ladder when needed.
• Flexibility to assist with special events on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
• Maintain kitchen/breakroom areas (dishes, cleaning sinks, grout as needed).
• Support general groundskeeping and assist with office moves.
• Assist with meeting/event setup and breakdown (tables, food, trash, etc.).
• Follow and apply sanitation and cleaning protocols.
