Job summary

Aprilaire is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Assistant for the 3rd shift in Poynette, WI. You will support day-to-day facilities operations, coordinate office services, monitor supplies and equipment, and maintain a safe, clean environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of common areas, kitchen/breakroom maintenance, groundskeeping, and assisting with office moves and events.

Qualifications

Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to travel between Aprilaire locations when required.
Ability to lift up to 15–30 lbs regularly.
Willingness to stand on a ladder and use hand tools as needed.
Proficiency with Outlook for communication.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, interior glass cleaning, trash removal, and overall upkeep.
Maintain kitchen and breakroom areas, including washing dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, cleaning sinks and faucets, and grout cleaning as needed.
Support general groundskeeping and assist with office moves and workspace setups.
Partner with the Administrative and Human Resources team to support meeting and event setup and breakdown (tables, food, trash, etc.).
Follow and apply special sanitation and cleaning protocols as required.
