Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition is seeking an ERP Clerk at our Little Chute facility to ensure accurate movement of materials for production batch orders. You will verify material quantities in AX, coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams, and help maintain inventory accuracy across shifts.

Responsibilities include closing batch orders, communicating shortages, and coordinating with Planning and Master Scheduler.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics AX is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; high attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to support inventory accuracy and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Close out batch orders and monitor inventory in production environments.
• NotifyPurchasing of material shortages as needed.
• Communicate discrepancies in production reporting to supervisors.
• Ensure material usage aligns with BOM and alert Planning of variances.
• Assist warehouse supervisor with tracking jobs and manufacturing orders.
• Support cycle counter with inventory adjustments and moves in AX.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings.
• Operate powered industrial trucks or equipment as needed.
