Job summary

Penn Medicine's Environmental Services Staff role is based at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. The position is a 1.0 FTE night shift (10pm–6:30am) within the PeriOp Environmental Services department, focusing on cleaning and sanitation of approximately 110,000 square feet of core areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, PPE compliance, waste disposal, floor care, and coordinating with the ISC team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Environmental Sanitation and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follows PPE and infection-control policies during tasks.
• Prepares cleaning solutions according to standards.
• Cleans equipment and stocks supplies.
