Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is recruiting an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist to join a premier community hospital in Lima, OH. This full-time night role offers autonomy with a target of 1,456 clinical hours annually and an outstanding benefits package.

You will lead patient care during night shifts, supported by experienced APP coverage, using Meditech EMR and an evolving AI scribes workflow to minimize admin tasks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited Emergency Medicine Residency.
• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine required or eligible.
• Active Ohio license or eligibility and valid DEA registration.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach in a hospital ED.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with clinical autonomy.
• Oversee patient care and manage acute presentations in a high-volume ED.
• Coordinate with APPs to optimize patient throughput in a 28,000 annual visits setting.
• Utilize Meditech EMR; anticipate AI scribes to reduce charting burden.
