Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking an ED Secretary for a part-time, 24-hour per week night shift (7pm–7am) to support emergency department operations. You will work under RN and Nursing Director supervision, performing clerical duties, coordinating meetings, answering phones, and maintaining patient charts and schedules.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, pass a typing test (30+ wpm), familiarity with medical terminology, and an ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• BLS may be required upon hire in certain departments.
• Experience working in a medical environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs clerical duties to obtain efficient departmental performance.
• Coordinate meetings and answer telephones.
• Maintain filing systems, logs, patient charts, and schedule appointments.
