Qualifications

• Experience providing crisis support or advocacy to survivors preferred.
• Ability to engage survivors with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Comfort with documentation and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotline calls with calm, professional communication and provide information and referrals.
• Assist with shelter intake, orientation, and data entry into client database.
• Support survivors with crisis counseling, safety planning, and basic needs coordination.
