Arc of Greater Prince William is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities at a Woodbridge group home and in the community. This full-time role is 30 hours per week with night shifts Thursday–Saturday 10pm–8am.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related human services.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass required trainings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with three-year driving record and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in group homes and community programs.
• Transport clients using agency vehicles.
• Assist with daily living activities and outings.
