Job summary

The Arc of Greater Prince William in Manassas, VA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a paid training program. This full-time role supports individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve daily goals, accompany outings, and participate in community activities.

The position offers a Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm schedule at a group home, a starting hourly rate of $17.00, and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, holidays, retirement plan, and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass required trainings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals living with developmental disabilities.
• Support daily activities and accompany to community activities.
• Transport individuals using agency vans.
• Work in residential group homes and day programs.
