Martin's is seeking a Dough Preparation Employee to support our production line with high-quality dough. You will set up, monitor, and adjust a range of dough-processing machines to meet fluctuating demand and ingredient conditions.

The role emphasizes careful planning, adherence to safety and GMP, and participation in continuous improvement. A high school diploma and related manufacturing experience are preferred; multiple shift options and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and related baking/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust dough-making machines (mixer, sheeter, proofer, oven).
• Weigh dough balls to ensure consistency and load ingredients as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area; follow GMP rules.
• Operate forklift to supply line with tubs of mix; report safety and quality issues.
