Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring a Safety Compliance Coordinator at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. The role oversees review/processing of all DOT & Non-DOT drug testing results and supports general Safety Administrator duties. Full-time, night shift; schedule to be discussed.

Starting at $23.00 per hour with a strong benefits package and vacation opportunities. Equip yourself with solid admin support while coordinating with safety and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.
• Ability to handle high volumes of phone and email communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review and process all DOT & Non-DOT drug testing results.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office after business hours.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports.
• Coordinate first responders to serious crash event scenes.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
