Job summary

Timken Distribution Center in Duncan, SC is seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator. Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm, with overtime as required. A successful warehouse employee values safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service.

You will operate powered industrial equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jack, hand crane), pick and place products, scan and verify orders, and prepare shipments while ensuring safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to meet physical requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment for material handling.
• Place products for customer orders and into specified locations.
• Use handheld scanner to move orders and verify details.
• Prepare packaged orders for palletization and shipping.
• Secure freight in containers and pallets for transport.
• Follow safety protocols to keep trailers securely in place.
