Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, manage service orders, and monitor routes for timely deliveries. This Temp-to-Hire position runs Sunday through Thursday, 1:30am to 10:00am, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

You will use two-way radio communications, perform data entry, maintain logs, and debrief drivers at the end of routes. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-way radio operation and coordination with drivers.
• Accurate daily logs and paperwork.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle service orders and direct drivers throughout the day.
• Track routes and monitor driver progress.
• Communicate via two-way radio with drivers in the field.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork.
• Debrief drivers at the end of routes.
• Coordinate with management on day-to-day operational needs.
• Assist drivers with on-route issues quickly and effectively.
