Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Dispatcher to join Hawaii's largest locally owned waste hauling company. The role involves coordinating drivers, tracking routes, and handling service orders.

This temp-to-hire position offers a Mon-Fri full-time schedule with exact hours to be determined by operations, and includes the potential for hire-on after 720 hours based on performance.

Competenze

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination preferred.
• Must be able to operate two-way radio communication and perform data entry.

Mansioni

• Handle service orders and direct drivers throughout the day.
• Track routes and monitor driver progress.
• Communicate via two-way radio with drivers in the field.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork.
• Debrief drivers at the end of routes.
• Coordinate with management on day-to-day operational needs.
• Assist drivers with on-route issues quickly and effectively.
