• 2+ years dispatching experience.

• Bus operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time departure of all vehicles.
• Check-in drivers at report times and issue work tickets.
• Provide information about Coach & Tour Division operations to customers and staff.
• Use GPS and dispatch software to monitor routes for accuracy.
• Address service issues with drivers and staff promptly.
• Review driver itineraries for accuracy and respond to questions.
