Qualifications

Experience in real-time data handling and ticketing flows.
Ability to update and verify driver and dispatch information accurately.
Strong communication with drivers, customers, and operations.

Responsibilities

Accurately prepare and process real time data including driver activities, hours of service, and fuel inquiries.
Respond to customer issues, look up information, and update orders and emails.
Effectively communicate with operations regarding issues impacting service expectations.
Record and maintain an updated computer log of incidences and manage admin tasks.
Assist operations team members and drivers with training and resource materials.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
