Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of equipment, drivers, and customer shipments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and vendors via phone, electronic systems, and written correspondence.
• Schedule loads and assist with dispatch operations to ensure on-time service.
• Enter and maintain accurate operational data and reports.
• Support safety initiatives and help ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
