• Receive and edit reports submitted to the system from guards and supervisors for client portal posting.
• Answer phones and dispatch responses to patrol supervisors for the client.
• Monitor client cameras for alarms/intrusions and dispatch accordingly.
• Maintain and monitor guards' schedules in scheduling software.
