Ace Wrecker Service is seeking a reliable Call Taker for our 24/7 dispatch center. You will answer incoming calls, collect information, and enter service requests for towing and roadside assistance, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in call center/dispatch/admin is a plus.
• Towing/roadside operations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
