Penske is seeking a Technician in Montgomery, NY to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You will log repairs with Penske tools, perform basic diagnostics, and be part of ongoing technician training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and tech.
• Perform basic diagnostics and maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication.
• Collaborate with manager and participate in technician training.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
