Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Back Half Night shift leader in Wilkes-Barre, PA to support labor allocation, lead meetings, coach staff, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced warehouse. You will work with supervisors to monitor workflow, optimize dwell times, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and hands-on use of RF guns and WMS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and staff to meet daily SLA goals.
• Follow SOPs and act as role model for operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Analyze data from WMS to identify trends in order flow.
• Maintain a safe work environment and recognize performance.
• Train and coach associates to meet goals and service levels.
• Mentor teammates for future career growth.
• Develop and share best practices to improve processes.
• Create a positive team environment for feedback and continuous improvement.
