Job summary

Adidas Fulfillment Center in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a shift lead to manage day shift operations from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The role involves coordinating up to 50 hourly associates, coaching staff, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will use RF guns, WMS systems, and LM modules to log activities, monitor labor allocation, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operation Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates
• Utilize warehouse tools, including RF Guns and computer kiosks, to update transactions within the WMS and log activities in the LM module
• Understand and act as a role model in following all SOPs
• Train and coach associates to achieve operational goals and service levels
• Mentor and develop teammates to perform better in their current roles
• Ability to develop and share best practices
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages insights and feedback to improve processes
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment
• Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
• Other duties as assigned
