Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse to join the inpatient critical care team on the night shift in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and a supportive work environment.

As a CVICU RN, you will operate life-support equipment, lead a clinical team, and collaborate with providers to implement evidence-based care plans. A Montana RN license and BLS/ACLS are required with PALS possible after hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Montana or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications: BLS and ACLS; PALS within 6 months; TNCC/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to medical, surgical, and CVICU patients from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment including ventilators, CRRT, CRRT and arterial/central lines.
• Lead clinical team on the floor and collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on care plans.
