Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for nights in Great Falls, MT. This hospital-based role focuses on inpatient critical care with a strong emphasis on patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications: BLS and ACLS; PALS within 6 months; TNCC/PALS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced physiologic monitoring.
• Operate and manage cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, CRRT, arterial/central lines).
• Monitor patients with advanced cardiac devices (IABP, Impella).
• Serve as clinical floor leader and coordinate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
