Operations Management Support
Worthington, Minnesota

· 2nd Shift - flexible as needed or required

DUTIES:

1. Supervise, evaluate, and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and procedures.
2. Stimulate and maximize safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity of production employees.
3. Ensure proper training of employees.
4. Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production.
5. Work closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department.
6. Attend meetings as scheduled and called.
7. Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of the Cut Floor Operation and the industry preferred but not required.
2. Knowledge and technical skills in a variety of production jobs.
3. High School Diploma or GED required.
4. People-oriented with the ability to understand employee needs, motivate, and teach new skills.
5. Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent organizational, math, and statistical skills.
8. Good work history and attendance.
9. Team player with leadership skills.
10. Bilingual and college education preferred but not required.
11. Resume required.
12. Can perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation and Benefits:
