Job summary

Qualifications

• Education — Minimum high school graduate with continuing education in facilities or related.
• Experience — A minimum of 1 year of janitorial trade experience.
• Special Qualifications — Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms and multi-purpose rooms.
• Clean exterior areas: building perimeter, parking lots, playgrounds, windows as needed.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of cafeterias and common areas.
• Dust FF&E, windowsills, vents and other surfaces; sterilize restrooms as required.
• Assist with preventative maintenance processes and coordination with supervisors.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies; report hazards promptly.
• Travel between nearby school sites or storage as needed; participate in training programs.
