Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with continuing education in construction or facilities related.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, and multi-purpose rooms.
• Exterior cleaning of building perimeter, parking lot, playground, windows, and other areas as needed.
• Empty trash; dust FF&E, windowsills, vents; clean and sterilize restrooms; assist with cleaning cafeteria tables.
• Travel may be required to nearby schools or warehouse/storage.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; report emergencies; assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
