Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Part-Time Night Custodian to keep school facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will work during night hours across interior and exterior areas, including cafeterias and restrooms, and support with basic maintenance tasks.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and a minimum of one year in janitorial work. Travel to nearby sites may be required, with strict adherence to OSHA safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with related education in facilities or construction.
• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial trade experience.
• Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned interior areas (hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multipurpose rooms).
• Clean exterior areas (perimeter, parking lot, windows).
• Empty trash and sterilize restrooms; manage waste and cafeteria areas.
• Travel may be required to nearby schools or warehouse/storage.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; assist with maintenance tasks and project coordination.
