Charter Schools USA is seeking a Part-Time Night Custodian in Orlando to keep school facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. Qualifications

• High school diploma with ongoing education in construction or facilities.
• 1 year of janitorial experience is preferred.
• Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned interior areas: hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multipurpose room.
• Clean exterior areas: perimeter, parking lot, playground, windows.
• Empty trash from all receptacles and dispose appropriately.
• Dust FF&E, windowsills, vents and other surfaces.
• Sterilize restroom facilities and remove bodily messes per training.
• Assist with cafeteria cleaning and table sanitation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of high-use areas to prevent contamination.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; work with supervisor on maintenance tasks.
