Qualifications

Job Title: Night Custodian

Position: Night Custodian

Hourly Wage: $20.79 - $25.57

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, security, safety, and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Monitor supply and equipment inventories, facility rentals, and HVAC systems.
• Supervise part-time custodians.
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, and spill cleanup.
• Set up and prepare rooms for meetings and events.
• Ensure building security, including locking doors, windows, and setting alarms.
• Perform outdoor maintenance such as snow removal and debris clearing.
• Report maintenance issues and perform minor repairs like changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to meet school district needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of custodial experience, including snow removal.
• Valid Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's license.
