In this role, you will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, manage kitchen staff, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of multiple culinary outlets during late evening shifts.
• Manage and support dishwashing staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless service.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and development.
