Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Northeast Ohio seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the CT team. You will produce high-quality CT images and assist with CT-guided procedures while coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Requirements include ARRT RT, CT credential (or within one year), Ohio Radiographer License, and BLS certification. This role offers cross-training and growth within a Level One Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• ARRT credential and CT credential within one year of employment
• Current Ohio Radiographer License and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across diverse settings
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and exam expectations
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking
• Communicate effectively with care teams
• Work independently and as part of the CT Team
