Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans and support administrative and clinical duties across Marlborough, Nashoba Valley, and Groton. You will work under the direction of Radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Responsibilities include data collection, record-keeping, and timely exam completion, with travel between sites as scheduled. Qualified candidates are graduates of accredited radiologic programs and must be ARRT/NMTCB certified and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans appropriate to patient age in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Gather clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork and billings promptly.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with interventional exams.
• QC images and send exams to PACS for physician review.
• Maintain inventory and assist with supplies purchasing.
• Assist with urgent exams and scheduling as needed.
• Under supervision, perform CT exams using contrast media and IV access as required.
• Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton to provide support as scheduled.
