Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to perform CT examinations, gather clinical data, and ensure accurate records. Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton as scheduled to provide operational support.

Under supervision, you will operate CT equipment with contrast, establish IV access, and align with department policies for quality and safety. Requires graduate of radiology program, ARRT/NMTCB certification, and MA licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• ARRT or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Ability to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Gather clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork and billings promptly.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with interventional exams.
• Send exams to PACS and assist with inventory and supplies.
