Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to provide direct patient care and perform CT examinations in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role requires ARRT or NMTCB certification and MA licensure, with strong attention to safety, accuracy, and documentation.

The position is non-exempt, full-time, with a day shift and a schedule including weekends as described. Travel between Marlborough, Nashoba Valley, and Groton may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by ARRT or NMTCB in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Provide quality patient care with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age and setting.
• Gather clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork and billings promptly.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with exams.
• Send exams to PACS for physicians to review; perform QC.
• Travel between Marlborough, Nashoba Valley and Groton as needed.
