Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a 12-week temporary night position. The role involves performing respiratory procedures, assessments, and documentation in a high-acuity ICU environment.

licensure and certifications are required on hire or within defined timeframes, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NBRC CRT, and state RCP license. Competitive pay is $50/hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current State RCP license required.
• Current CRT NBRC certification required.
• BLS certification required upon hire with current status.
• ACLS certification within 60 days of hire; maintain current.
• PALS certification within 60 days of hire; maintain current.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate required upon hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care with attention to age and population needs.
• Lead RCP on shift in absence of a supervisor or director.
