Job summary

Integr, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cleaner Supervisor to guide a small crew across nightly accounts. You’ll set pace, supervise quality checks, and maintain tight communication with account managers.

Responsibilities include directing a crew, performing QA inspections, training new cleaners on processes and safety, and managing supplies and equipment. Evening hours required with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial experience; leadership preferred.
• Able to coach a team and maintain quality standards.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Evening hours, lift up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support a crew across multiple nightly accounts.
• Run QA inspections and correct issues on the spot.
• Train new cleaners on process, equipment, and safety.
• Manage supplies and equipment for your accounts.
• Be the first point of contact for account managers on your route.
