Job summary

Maid Right of New Braunfels is seeking a Lead Cleaner / Trainer and QC to join our team. The role involves leading cleaning teams, training staff, and serving as the main client contact to ensure satisfaction.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as requested. You will supervise two or more cleaners, perform in-person estimates, and contribute to revenue growth by converting to recurring services.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of team-lead experience.
• Some experience in cleaning; full training provided on Maid Right system.
• Clean background required; transportation and travel around properties may be needed.
• Willingness to make sales calls and assist with operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely, thorough manner.
• Lead a team of two or more cleaners and ensure all duties meet high standards.
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train new cleaners on Maid Right cleaning system and ensure quality.
• Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through recurring services.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; purchase or source as needed.
