Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility security and open/close as required.
• Measure, label, and use chemicals following safety protocols.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors per Marsden Way TECH cleaning process.
• Empty trash and maintain restrooms and break rooms.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods and equipment.
• Provide work direction under manager guidance.
• Perform routine inspections of completed work.
• Serve as backup for absent personnel.
