Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services is seeking a Janitorial Account Supervisor for the night shift. You will lead cleaning teams, ensure adherence to scope, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training new members, organizing workflows, inspecting work, and escalating issues to management. The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced facility environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a janitorial capacity required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning work is completed to scope, safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
• Trains new Team Members on facility scope of work, equipment use, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Inspects work performed by team members.
• Addresses minor corrective performance concerns with team members; refers more serious cases to Account Manager and/or District Manager.
• Provides follow‑up on requests and concerns.
