Job summary

Cardinal Bay in Katy, TX is seeking a Part-Time Concierge at Carriage Inn Katy. You will be the first friendly face for residents, families, and guests, welcoming visitors and providing information while maintaining a secure environment during night and weekend shifts.

This role requires excellent communication, prior front desk or customer service experience, and reliable, detail-oriented service. You will assist with gatekeeping, answer calls, monitor entrances, and help coordinate activities,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior front desk and telephone experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, good judgement and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to undergo routine background checks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, guests, and employees in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Maintain a secure environment and monitor entrances and public areas.
• Answer phones, route calls, and assist with information requests.
• Support night/weekend shifts and assist with routine tasks and emergencies.
• Assist with activities setup and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Uphold professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
