Cardinal Bay is a mission-driven, not-for-profit senior living health care organization seeking a Part-Time Concierge for Carriage Inn Katy. The role focuses on creating a welcoming first impression for residents, families, guests, and employees while maintaining security and a warm, orderly environment.

The night/weekend schedule requires professionalism, friendliness, and prompt responsiveness to requests, with responsibilities spanning visitor greeting, information provision, and emergency

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Front desk and telephone experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, families, and guests warmly and provide information.
• Respond to requests and emergencies promptly during the shift.
• Monitor access and maintain security of the building and grounds.
• Operate phone system and paging as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to address resident needs and maintain a welcoming environment.
