Job summary

Founders Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kansas City, MO to deliver exceptional resident service and assist housing solutions. You will meet prospective tenants, show models, discuss layouts, collect deposits, and guide applicants through the lease process while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Meets with prospective tenants to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses layouts, facilities, and terms of lease.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files securely.
• Maintains timely communication with applicants about approval steps and move-in.
• Handles incoming calls and compiles listings of available units for rent.

Responsibilities

• Addresses resident concerns and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Distributes community notices and monitors inventory to update prospects.
