Job summary

Clearwater Newport Beach is seeking a part-time Caregiver to join our premier senior living team in Newport Beach. You will support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and ensure safety and well-being in a luxury community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and First Aid/CPR/BLS; CNA certification is preferred. Schedule includes Friday and Saturday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, with competitive pay of $20.00-$21.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/BLS certification required.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• TB health requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular safety checks on residents.
• Assist residents in daily living activities and respond promptly and kindly.
• Follow care plans for resident needs, including oxygen equipment per MD orders.
• Assist with transfers and escort residents to meals, activities, or transport.
• Complete laundry and assist with community duties as needed.
• Document information and report changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Respond to alerts and emergencies, using radios as needed.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and professional appearance.
• Represent Clearwater Living values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
