Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Coating Line Operator to oversee coating line operations, including setup and changeovers, at a facility in the United States. The role requires leading daily tasks, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the team to meet production schedules, while following ISO/ELS practices.

Starting hourly rate is $27.54 with a $2 shift differential. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality focus, and ERP system proficiency, with potential for overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing documents.
• Able to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of the coating line including setup, changeovers, and adjustments.
• Provide direction and assign tasks to team members on your machine.
• Ensure safety, environmental, health procedures and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Meet production schedules and optimize production sequences for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
