Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Coating Operator on the B Team for the Dayshift (7a-7p, 2-2-3) to operate a coating line, lead set ups and changeovers, and support preventive maintenance. You may work at one or more stations including face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console, winder, and Quality Lab.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED or 3+ years in manufacturing, strong safety focus, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Must read and understand manufacturing documents.
• Able to work safely with PPE and overtime as needed.
• Strong quality and service focus; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and changeovers on coating line; adjust machines as needed.
• Load raw materials and unload finished product.
• Monitor production parameters; ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Maintain production records and logs; support continuous improvement.
• Work as part of a team to meet department goals.
